Broke Prochem Hard Surface Edging Tool

I was trying to remove the clogged tip and twisted the fitting off the little tube. Prochem doesn't offer a replacement part. Two different distributors and Prochem can't give me any advice on how to repair this.

Has anyone else broken one of these or have any ideas on how to fix or replace it?

put new seal 0n piston end, put water valve back together and valve is still leaking. is it common for valves to need replaced? Would i need new piston also when getting new valve or does it come with the valve. water comin out of lid and its getting FRUSTRATING. thanks for any input.

Prochem battery dies quickly

I have bought my 3rd battery in like a month for my Prochem legend SE ..Installed it and the next day it is dead ..Nothing is left on and the key is turned off . It drains it so much I have to crank my van to jump it at every job and if I remove the jumper cables while working my TM turns off instantly ..Any ideas what the problem may be ?
Also it's not a prochem battery !! !I meant Prochem truckmount

The heat exchanger started leaking like sieve. Makes me mad cause we kept the heaters on the vans so I suspect it was a stress crack from former owner. Anyhow I'm going to make a retro fit heat exchanger. Going to visit my machine shop guy next week and make a plan.

I noticed the new Prochems have done away with the catalytic converters and air pumps. Using radiator heat and blower exhaust heat. I'm going to jump it for now and only run blower heat. Trucks only a back up so low heat won't...

CAT PUMP CLUTCH NOISE ON LEGEND

Hi,
I have a legend with the cat 3CP1140 pump. Yesterday, I started it up and it started making a loud metallic scraping noise. If I turn the stator on the front of the clutch by hand it is scraping against the pulley. Also, I notice some free play in the pulley if I try to wiggle it. My questions are:
1) Can the bearings inside somehow get dislodged? because this seems to have happened suddenly.
2) Anyway of trying to take apart and troubleshoot? Maybe replace the bearings or should I just...

Legend leaking water out the vacuum port over night.

When I come out in the morning, there is water dripping from the vacuum port. Also, the machine is only running about 160-180 with 100 ft of hose. I've taken the auto bypass out and cleaned all that, but I'm still not making the heat I was a few weeks ago. Is it possible they manual bypass is bad? If so, how much trouble is that to change?

We use a Prochem Performer 405 and have had little to no problems over the last few years of use. As of yesterday during startup after holding the water/oil override switch to the left during start up the motor starts fine but once releasing the override switch the motor immedately shuts down. Motor sounds fine with no other abnormal indicators. I figured before loosing our truckmount for who knows how many weeks to the rapair shop i'd post the question. So im cleaning my Mom's house and i notice antifreeze on the floor of the van. Ends up I had a slow leak in the radiator. Called the supply house and was quoted about $650 for a new one! Holy crap are they serious. Does anyone know where I can source this and NOT pay through the nose? I believe it is an A12 Datsun/Nissan engine. Any help would be great. Man almost wanna get another portable. This performer has been nothing but problems but its 13 years old so I just have to get all the bugs...

Performer 405 Vacuum

Good morning. I just bought a Performer 405 with 3100 hours on it. I replaced a cracked carb which I figured would improve vacuum. It did a little but it just doesn't seem like I have 405 cfm. This is my first truckmount and the pull feels a little better than 3 3 stage vacs (my portable set up). I have checked all the screens, filters, washed the tank out, put a hose in the tank and flushed out the hard vacuum lines and still no improvement. What else can I check? Any help would be good. Prochem Peak Heater Cores

Looking at purchasing a Prochem Peak. It has 2 heater cores located at the bottom of the machine. one is copper and the other stainless steel. Can these be fixed more the stainless steel heater coil? If so who can fix these or does anyone have any for sale?

ProChem APO motor #40-902151

I purchased a prochem apo online using this motor. It came in leaking oil out the rear of the motor near the brushes. I purchased a new motor at a discount because the 'dealer' refused to honor the warranty claim. New motor arrived without any lubricant in the gear reduction....ProChem says there shouldn't be any lube in the gear reduction, which doesn't sound correct to me. Anyone have experience with these motors? Should there be some type of lubricant in the gear reduction of part...

Maybe you can guys can solve my problem before it goes to the shop.ok start my truckmount let it runs for about 15 minutes then shut off the truckmount hook the solution hose up now the truckmount won't start.Everything is hot the solution hose is smoking the water box is boiling what could this be?

Pressure line pulsating

I have a Pro Chem performer. I noticed that my pressure line is pulsating pretty bad. Pressure is good. Are the accumulators rechargeable? Is there any way to fix this besides getting an ass ramming from Pro Chem for a new one?
