my prochem everest shuts down in about 20 mins of normal cleaning. help please!!

My prochem everest is about 6 years new. Never brockdown on me until last week. I had about 20 mins in when it shut off. I did a engine oil change and a de scale. Next day I finish a job in about an hour with out a problem. Same day I use machine in two other jobs for about 45 mins each with out a problem. Next day 20 mins into a job it shuts down. I checked the engine oil and is super black. At this point I don't know what to do. I'm thinking it might be over heating. I'm thinking I might...

call jon don today they said my orifice keeps getting clogged due to old hoses. I ask which hose needed changing of course they couldn't tell me . SO which hose would you guys check first

I have a everest that runs great but has recently lost heat . Coolant is full I bleed the coolant heat exchanger , it does not bypass water into the waste tank every thing seems to be working but low heat ?
Going to pull the vac heat exchangers to see it they are dirty . Any other ideas would be appreciated .

Inlet Vacuum Spitting Water

Hi Everyone,
I got my prochem legend se running this morning, but the vacuum inlet started to spit out some water. Heat bypass was closed when it did that. It's like running water from the faucet almost. My vacuum gauge is working properly. But my water preasure gauge is not working since about sevral months now, but it was working perfectly fine. Does anyone had this problem before? Thank u & appreciate it in advance

90's model Legend shutting off and overheating

This old Legend shuts down after 20 to 45 minutes of cleaning while set to high temp and overheats.
As I approach machine I hear a clicking noise that is louder than the normal fuel pump sound. As I open the heat bypass valve (black nob) steam, very loud steam rushes out of vacuum inlet. It won't restart for about a half hour.
I replaced the heating coil and the heater sensor/shut off sender and still does it.
Any thoughts on if this is the fuel pump or clogged plumbing causing an overheated...

Waste water spraying out of exhaust when waste tank is full?

I've noticed on my 98' performer 405 waste water spraying form what looks to be the exhaust that goes through the floor of the van. When this happens my waste tank is full. I dump, start the unit and cover the vacuum inlets to suck up any remaining waste water and problem solved. Does this signal a problem besides the obvious shut off selonoid is not working?

i have a bridgepoint lancer one of the pre heater is out is it best to replace it and can water still get hot until it is replace.

Prochem Legend Temperature

I've been using this prochem legend se about a year now and when they replaced the heat exchanger, it went from 250F to 230F maximum heat temperature. I called the tech. who replaced my heat exchanger and said the max. is only 230F. If more than that it's overheating. It doesn't seem right for me. does anyone had this problem before ?thanks

Leaking vac gauge

Well i have been out of work for 3 months my engine blown in my van i just finished replacing the engine and while doing my first job all the glycerin leaked out of my vac gauge . With no income flowing in at the moment it may be a few weeks before i can replace it .. Is it ok to run it like this ? Thanks for any advice .

Water is only warm inside the water box

The water inside my water box on my truckmount isn't hot. The temperature gauge is about 130f when it's on full trottle. I touched the water inside before they replaced my heat exchanger and it was boiling and really hot couldn't barely touch it. Now. It's not even boiling and it's warm. Anyone had this problem before?thanks

Prochem chemical pump

Just got the new prochem installed in the van Saturday and it's been wonderful up until this afternoon. I had a 4 hour gap before my last job for today and when I arrived at the house to get started my chemical jug was running over with water. Everything worked fine while I cleaned the house but those anyone know why this happened.

Hi, I noticed today a little of fuel sipping out the side of the carburetor where the throttle/butterfly rod is?
Is there some seal that could be replaced? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

Sapphire 870 oil filter

Hello folks!

This is my first post so please bare with me. I need some advice on an oil filter for my SS 870 truck mount. The current one is a EFL 600 and it's on a 1.6 l ford engine. The engine is from Europe hence the issue of finding the correct filter. Anyone had any luck finding a North American equivalent?

Very strong gas

Truckmount gas was very strong today ran for a while then shut off .Sprayed carb cleaner in it stop smelling strong for a minute then later it shut down what could be the problem

Prochem preheater issue

When I bought my Prochem Performer Bear, I had to have my preheater bypassed because of water pouring out of the vacuum exhaust. Now TM doesn't want produce more than 180 degrees F, so at the wand it's probably much less. I spent an hour just trying to get the preheater out, and after removing the screws, the preheater just doesn't want to move.. Does anybody know how to get it out and is it worth replacing or should I just get the Northstar heater instead? By how many degrees would the...

Prochem Legend chemical pump problem

The chem pump is not feeding chemical. It keeps filling with air. I have two valves coming off the truck mount; one for my solution line and another for mixing chems and rinsing stuff. When I prime the chem pump it pulls the air out and I can turn the valve that is for mixing on, and the chem flows through. But as soon as I go inside and start using the wand, it fills with air again, and I'm not getting an chem to the wand.

Also, might be unrelated but the three way valve that controls the...

Prochem Legend Heat

Got a prochem legend and the other day I came out side to get a spray bottle and noticed the temperature had dropped to like 180*or so. I let it sit for a few minutes and the heat went back to 230* or so. Came back out to check it and the same thing. What could be causing the temperature to drop like that.
